Christie needs to have his choice, the paperwork, background, whatever is needed done and ready to go and when the verdict comes back guilty Trump has to push McConnell to get the Senate to vote Menendez out (I presume that’s the way he gets booted) because you know the Dems (and maybe some RINO’s) would try to delay until Christie’s mandate runs out at the end of December.

Why didn’t Menendez just create a “Menendez Foundation” to launder all the bribes? If he would have done that he’d probably be the frontrunner for the 2020 Presidential nomination.
