@ClarkCountyNVCommissioners have unanimously approved a resolution requesting the name of @LASairport be changed to Harry Reid Int’l Airport. The request will go to the @FAANews. Private contributions would cover costs associated with the name change, if the FAA approves.

Without even considering whether this is a good idea or not, how honored should someone feel when hearing that the name of something is going to be changed so they can name it after you, when you know that they will change the name again to name it after someone else when people donโt remember who you are anymore.

Reid finally settled his lawsuit with the company that makes the exercise band that beat the crap out of his face. No money will change hands, but all of their exercise bands will now have to include the following label: “WARNING! Accepting contributions from Las Vegas casino families and failing to secure the necessary variances from the Nevada gaming commission can be hazardous to your health.”
