  1. Felt it at my bar in Imperial Beach which is just north of the Mexican border. The neon lights in the windows were swaying. We had the Padre game against the Dodgers from LA on TV and the center field camera was bouncing all over the place. Just another day in So Cal.

  2. As with the last one it was in the desert; miles from any big city. So deaths and damage almost nil.

but it excited lots of folk. I got many tele calls. Dodgers played through, unlike the Giants World Series 30 years ago. But both teams last night were Cal teams, we live with quakes. Mom’s fol liver through the ’06 quake in San Fran; or I would not be here

  3. I have family out there. Son and his family South of LA and Ex-wife and husband-in-law just North. They generally keep me updated on that CA excitement….. Haven’t been in touch with any of them this morning.

  4. What is the Dutchsinse analysis on these quakes? Just how “normal” were they? See any UFOs flying around out there today? Keep away from all those cloverleaf freeway overpasses, too.

“See anything fishy with that? I sure do. And if #3 happens at China Lake, it will REALLY look suspicious (face it, it is already in the bag) something is going on at China Lake and I don’t think it is good. I think they are blowing the place up.”

“There are two China Lake facilities. I did not know that. The first quake happened in the South East corner of one, and this quake happened in the south east corner of the other one. That’s not believable, something is probably causing these quakes.”
