Dan Bongino: The list for NBC’s protected sexual assailants with high public profiles continues to grow, and the details are more stomach churning than the next. This is not about suggestive comments that were made, or women who felt a little uncomfortable. We are talking about real, sexual predators and women who were raped.
Journalist Sil Lai Abrams accused NBC News of “killing a story about her sexual assault allegations against Russell Simmons and AJ Calloway in 2018.” Abrams published an op-ed detailing the events earlier this week.
Abrams’ allegations are serious. She said music mogul Russell Simmons raped her in 1994, and that former “Extra” host AJ Calloway sexually assaulted her in 2006. Although Calloway was arrested following the incident, the case was dismissed. read more

This means they are getting less stomach churning.
It’s a pet peeve like, “Could care less”.
Every time you show me a high profile ‘rape’ from the past, I can show you a party girl/coke whore who just turned 34.

Although I never use the terms “I could care less” or “I couldn’t care less”, they both make some sense.
They are both hackneyed as hell, but somewhat logical. I think.
I could care less seems to mean that I haven’t reached the bottom of not caring. I couldn’t care less means that I have reached the bottom in not caring about whatever it is I don’t care about.
