New plan for migrant overflow: Move them to Florida?

Liberty Unyielding:

[Ed. – In 2013 Obama was moving migrants around the country and you couldn’t get the media to cover it.  Meanwhile, the problem remains the same: the bottleneck created by the Flores limitations on processing, which the Democrats have been anxious to keep in place for 20 years.  Republicans are complicit because they haven’t done anything when they controlled both houses of Congress and the Oval Office.  Note on the current case: there’s much in the point that the Florida counties have Border Patrol stations, but don’t have a land-crossing migrant problem to compete for their work time, as the four southern-border states do.]

The Trump administration is preparing to send a thousand migrants to southern Florida each month in order to relieve the overcrowded and unsustainable conditions on the U.S.- Mexico border. While Customs and Border Protection have not publicly said what the plan entails, community leaders sounded the alarm Thursday. Law enforcement in the designated areas has been informed that the detainees will begin to arrive in the next two weeks. MORE

  1. Trump should consider doing something about the migrant influx at the Mexican border other than just talking about it while they get accommodated and resettled in America.

  2. Use a state that is already blue. No sense in angering the voters in a state Trump absolutely needs in 2020. California was mentioned weeks ago and is the best choice (other than back where they came from).

  3. Why Florida? Is Trump himself okay with this, or is this more rogue actors who he inherited into the administration? Ship them to leftist enclaves in Colorado instead.

  4. Broward and Palm Beach counties. Maybe a little payback on the

Voter Fraud?? Either way most of them will end up in the Keys,

Working for Cheap, and sending it all back Home.

  5. Stupid immigration law doesn’t allow for sending them back where they came from, Send them to Hawaii so they’ll be easy to find when they skip their court dates.

  6. I love Florida Man, now with added illegals, he will only get crazier!

Besides, the only part of Florida that’s worth anything is The Keys. I doubt many illegals can afford the area, so I’ll just deal with them for an hour or so as I pass through Miami of Ft. Lauderdale.

  7. Send them ALL To California
Move whatever wall there is in CA to the border between CA and AZ
Cut off all federal funding to CA and boot it out of the union

  8. MIGRANTS SHMIGRANTS!!!! WTF? Alien invaders! Call a spade a spade and desist with the doublespeak….. for cryin’ out loud!

  9. Allowing illegals in, then transporting them all over the country is NOT keeping them out. This is exactly what the Communist Democrats wanted. Trump is obliging them. And no Executive Orders? Because Trump is not being allowed to use Presidential authority, and/or his orders are not being carried out by the criminal advisers that now surround him. And why Rex 84 internment prisons not being used for these alien invaders?

Not Just Florida: Border Patrol To Fly Thousands Of Illegal Migrants To San Diego
    by Tyler Durden
    Sat, 05/18/2019 – 14:22

“Flights from Texas’ Rio Grande Valley to San Diego were slated to begin on Friday – continuing three times a week indefinitely. Each flight will carry 120 – 135 people, according to the Border Patrol’s interim San Diego sector chief, Douglas Harrison. Conservatively, that means at least 1,440 migrants per month, or 17,280 annually.

“We don’t have an end date,” said Harrison. “This is a contingency operation. We’ve got to give the people in Rio Grande Valley some relief.”
