PM: New York Attorney General Letitia James and State Education Commissioner Betty Rosa are threatening legal action against schools that attempt to block or increase the difficulty for illegal immigrants to register their children for public school.
On Monday, James and Rosa wrote in a letter to the public school districts, “Policies that make it difficult or impossible for migrant children and youth to enroll in school are contrary to state education regulations and may expose schools to legal liability.”
The pair claimed that some districts have required parents to provide voter registration cards, while others required proof of residency less than 30 days old or repeated proofs of residency for families without a formal lease. more

All is going to fall on the School Tax payers, people who own their own homes, and not to people who have caused the problem. Maybe the teachers should walk.
You have to give the Democrats this: they sure never tire of doing the devil’s work, and they never miss a chance to advance his evil.
Pure hate is a hell of a drug.

“The pair claimed that some districts have required parents to provide voter registration cards,”
Don’t all wetbacks get voter registration cards when they get their drivers licenses at the DMV in New York? And if they don’t need voter ID to vote, why should they need a voter card to register their ninos for school?
Q: Is New York really this fucked up?
A: It’s worse than it seems.
