Breitbart: Univision intends to cut 15 percent of its staff at Onion Inc., which includes satirical websites The Onion and Clickhole, as well pop-culture website The A.V. Club and food website The Takeout.
According to The Daily Beast, Univision plans to negotiate buyout packages with the aforementioned sites’ editorial union later this month. more
Will this lead to crying at The Onion cutting?
I would have thought they’d just re-name it “la cebolla.”
It’s because the Onion is more credible than the Univision. The Onion is honest in their fakery.
There is no need for parody. The “real” fake news is weirder than anything they can make up.
This is DIRECTLY a result of Trump cutting off the left’s slush fund access to taxpayer money:
1. The $1 trillion “STIMULUS” wasn’t a one-time emergency measure. Obama kept it in EVERY budget and passed it through reconciliation to hide it- with Boehner’s assistance. This money went to Obama’s left wing and terrorist buddies. Trump ended the practice.
2. The EPA and CFPB – along with other regulatory agencies, these two perfected the art of conjuring up regulations, then issuing big fines to companies that violated them. Rather than the fines going to the Treasury, Obama directed the funds to go to his left wing and terrorist buddies. Trump immediately ended the practice.
3. With the recent Supreme Court ruling, dems and the left are preparing for another major source of their revenue to end: union dues from public unions siphoned off exclusively to the dems and left wing organizations.
The left is not charitable and they can’t run organizations efficiently. They do not use their money to support their causes – the steal it from taxpayers. A new day has dawned.
Martha Stewart said to light a candle and place it in front of the cutting board. I tried it, and it works! Chop, chop, Univision, and don’t shed a tear.
And 1,000 thumbs up to Page O Turner.
Also, it’d be nice to see Snopes on the ropes, too.
That den of twisted swine was long overdue for a mucking out. I hope that was only phase one.
Babylon Bee probably took a lot of their readers.
What good news here! I read a lot, but never knew of the “deep extent” of the corruption Page O’Turner cites.
What good news for a Monday! ….Lady in Red
Need to see same thing happen at the New York Times.
