Breitbart: Anti-President Trump GOP strategist Steve Schmidt announced on Wednesday he has quit the Republican Party and will now vote for the Democrats.
Schmidt, the chief strategist for Sen. John McCain’s losing 2008 bid for the White House, jumped to his Twitter account to denounce the GOP as “indecent and immoral” for supporting Donald Trump, MSN News reported.
“29 years and nine months ago I registered to vote and became a member of The Republican Party which was founded in 1854 to oppose slavery and stand for the dignity of human life,” Schmidt tweeted on June 20. More

So now he joins the Party which supported slavery and has no regard for human life. At least he’s not having to live a lie anymore.
This is good news. It means he will be running some dims campaign and that only means another win this fall. Hahaha
At least he is more honest than McCain now.

No surprise to me that McCain would pick this guy. It happens sometimes when people get older and start to lose their faculties. Judgement gets clouded and then any ol’ smooth talking huckster can come in and take advantage of the senior citizen. Sad really.
He’s run such consistently loosing campaigns he can’t find any more work with the republicans. Off he goes to join the other losers.
