NEW YORK (TNND) — New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced NYC is working to shut down what’s been dubbed as The Roosevelt Hotel’s “Asylum Arrival Center and Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Center.”
He shared the news Monday morning, noting the Center took in upwards of 232,000 migrants starting in May 2023. more
That hotel will probably need to be gutted for a full refit.
