Late last night another activist judge, U.S. District Judge Jon Steven Tigar in San Francisco (Obama appointee), issued a temporary restraining order against the Trump administration’s modified emergency asylum policy which barred asylum for aliens who enter the country illegally.

While a challenge was predictable, frustrating and likely to be spun up by media, the ruling only applies to aliens who gain illegal entry and request asylum.
Nothing in the ruling stops the hardened border enforcement and/or current expedited review and deportation program. In essence, keep the illegal aliens out and the judicial ruling is moot (until defeated in higher courts).
Though it might frustrate the left-wing media and the open borders crowd, no court can successfully demand the President of the United States to stop border enforcement. This is why it is critical to have a strong DHS Secretary focused on stopping illegal entry. Keep reading

So just don’t process those affected by this ruling until it is sorted out in the higher courts.
Luckily, those who cross ILlegally are scr*wed, and those who cross legally get nowhere, as they rejected their first safe refuge (Mexico offered, they rejected).
The law on this is pretty damned clear, black and white. The “judge” should be removed on grounds of mental incapacity.

Ignore the ruling like democrats ignore civility, decorum, gender, the climate, elections, etc.
Over-reach of the Judiciary ….. but you knew that, and it keeps happening. Disregard unconstitutional restraining orders and legislating from the bench.

I’m starting to think the left WANTS a major terrorist attack in this country, simply so they can blame it on Trump. It doesn’t matter how many people die (collateral damage), as long as they can blame him.
Time to fire activist judges. If a certain percentage of dip shits decisions are overruled, he’s a gonner. 70% of Kagan’s decisions were reversed on appeal. She’s not qualified to be a traffic court judge let alone on the Supreme court. 9th Circuit would all be gone in 2 years.
He should be disappointed immediately.

The DOJ should have been digging into this judge like yesterday.
Nobody cares about false charges, the thing is to drag him through the mud, disgrace his family, terrorize his children, damage his house and car.
Is there a woman or man or child that can claim the judge sexually assaulted them? Is the IRS involved yet? If not why not?
