Breitbart: President Barack Obama has commuted the sentences of 111 more drug offenders — 16 of which had firearms-related crimes added to their sentences.
The White House announced another list of criminals who would receive reduced sentences or be set free before the end of the year this afternoon in a statement.
The president specifically commutes the sentences of non-violent drug offenders, signaling his committment to reform sentencing laws for those crimes.

Many of these criminals were in prison for selling heroin or crack. Why TF would anybody want to unleash that back on society? He just nullified all the hard work the police did to put these assholes in jail. And I doubt very much that any of them found rehabilitation in prison.
