I think LCD has it right. Just a month ago, all the media were telling us that AOC raised more money for reelection than any other Dem representative, including Pelosi. And now more from Steyer? Seems like overkill for a shoo-in like her. Either she’s in trouble, or she’s building up bank for bigger things. She doesn’t strike me as the kind of person who wants to answer to her constituents every two years. Or ever, for that matter. Especially if her party is in the minority.

When did it become a good thing to vote for the candidate who has achieved the least? I was brought up with goals and achievements as a positive. Get a good job, make a lot of money, be happy, buy what makes me happier. Not do nothing in order to make nothing and deny help from successful people so I could be a top candidate who gets the most votes. Then make my main job covering up any success I may have accidently achieved.

When you consider that Congress makes budgets for our defense, and laws for the way we have to live, it is ASTOUNDING morons like this are actually part of that process. Hank johnson, shiela jackson lee, nancy pelosi, schumer and the like: how the hell does anything good get done??
On this holiday season, we should take a moment to enjoy the passing of john mccain, who has turned out to be a treasonous rat on the a scale we never even imagined.
