Breitbart: An Ohio woman who threw a hot burrito bowl in the face of a Chipotle worker was able to get her jail time lessened by agreeing to work at a fast food restaurant.
Rosemary Hayne, 39, was convicted of assault after hurling her food at the 17-year-old cashier, identified as Emily Russell, in an attack in September that was caught on video. more
Sentence her to work at Waffle House.
When I was a wee lad I went to Jack In The Box with my neighbor who was ~25 years old and built like a brick shithouse. We went through the drive through and he ordered his burger with no mustard. He hated mustard. We got our food and the cook thought it would be funny to load the burger up with mustard. He didn’t think it was that funny when Raymond came in through the dining room and fed it to him in one bite.
Raymond would probably have been in big trouble, but Janovitch was Sheriff and Raymond was tight with Handsome Johnny.

I worked in the pizza business for 28 years. I have had food thrown at me. I would not have wanted that person to work next to my employees. Managing her would be an extra chore. I would opt to keep with the 6 months in jail.
