One minute take on Gun Control – IOTW Report

One minute take on Gun Control

First and foremost, before anyone gets sensitive – THIS IS NOT A CALL TO VIOLENCE.

This is my take on why we should stand firm against gun control that WILL be passed in the coming months and years. You discuss how you’d like to proceed with your network of local Patriots. In my opinion (and it’s not advice) we should HOLD THE LINE. – GP

  1. She has a point.

The oath of office is very similar to the oath I took when I enlisted in the Air Force. Something like: “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;” Any law about weapons goes against the second amendment. That would make those that passed that law a domestic enemy and they would be in violation of their oath of office.

  2. It’ll begin slowly, taking out one person at a time and labeling them something (a nut, terrorist, etc.) and the media will support the narrative. Non gun owners will breath a sigh of relief and support the bs. They won’t see what is coming. If one thinks that he can stave off the gubmint, just think Randy Weaver, David Karesh and all the “news” you have heard over the years of stuff like some skrewl janitor suspected of theft is raided be multiple poleece and discovered that the maniac had in his possession, multiple firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammo. Never a follow up story on those events. Failing to comply ends in being killed by an overwhelming force.
Command, control and communication is what Patriots need to survive such an onslaught.

  3. Just returned from a gun show. A box of 35 Remington was $55.00, .22’s in a 555 rnd box were over $200.00. Used Ruger Mini-14’s, there were two used ones there, $1200 for one the the the other was $1300.00 w/scope. I forgot the price of primers but I think large rifle were several hundred dollars and a very limited supply of powders if you are a reloader.

With prices so high the gun grabbers still want to tax the crap out of ammo of any kind. They are not just going for the guns but reloading supplies and ammo. They are relentless and will never stop or compromise.

  4. High prices are just supply and demand right now, with the anticipation of more gun control, BLM, ANTIFA, and DUMB ASS Democrats running cities. The public doesn’t feel safe.

Americans bought over 39 million registered guns last year during the Fauci lockdowns and BLM-antifa summer riots.
U.S. gun sales surged 60% to 4,137,480 in January of this year, the largest single-month total since figures started to be recorded in 1998

  5. I don’t give a rodent’s posterior what President * signs. Will not comply.

Thinking there might be a few others like myself out there.

Believe that as long as one takes out as many or more than yourself [as in the number one (1)] you win. Damn it! Now you got me started.

    Another example I why I shouldn’t comment.
Time to double up on the Losartan.

  6. A good video; she has the first part correct. The follow on actions should be that all city county and especially state governments pass resolutions nullifying any unconstitutional gun laws passed by Congress and signed by the current president.
If 34 states pass this type of resolution, it will scare the hell out of these constitutional criminals in Washington DC because 34 states is 2/3 which is enough for a deciding and binding constitutional convention of the states. A constitutional convention of the states is Congress is worst nightmare because they have no control over what amendments might be passed to limit the power that Congress is abusing today.
If you haven’t read the constitution of the United States recently, I suggest you sit down and read it at your earliest convenience.

  7. wtf – $200 for a brick of .22LR ??? Not THAT long ago, the sporting goods stores would have a skid of .22 bricks for sale at ten bucks a pop. I think I have a few left that I payed $25 for and felt like I got ripped off.

My investments in lead and brass have soared compared to silver and gold. I expect it to climb even more.

I told people they’ll be spending the silver and gold on lead, brass and other essentials anyway. Why not start there?

You can’t eat gold and neither can the guy you’re trying to buy the food from. So, I can only see a stash of gold as useful AFTER the troubling time when paper money may be completely different than what you hold now, rendering it useless too.
