  19. I would love to see a Biden melt-down, but I don’t think so. Here is my reasoning:
    1. Expectations are low. Biden’s campaign knows that Biden doesn’t have to say anything intelligent – he just has to avoid saying anything laughingly stupid or incoherent.
    2. The press will cover for him. I would not be surprised if the press even resorted to saying that the audience did not hear or see something Biden actually said or did. Or the press will blame Trump for being mean.
    3. Biden’s staff has been preparing Biden for a while. And by preparation, I mean working on strategies to make Biden sound intelligent and keep him roughly on point. Short answers. No references to his supposed and usually made-up personal life. Memorize some stock answers and when confused, recite them. Anger management strategies. This isn’t deep policy stuff – these are “keep our dementia candidate from exploding” strategies.
    4. If I were a betting man, I would say drugs will be involved. But they need low dose short term drugs so Joe won’t look dazed and confused. This is probably the reason for the breaks after 30 minutes.
    5. I would also bet, if I were a betting man, that Biden’s campaign has been given the questions. The press is so anti-Trump that they would promote a cheese sandwich against Trump, and they love to cheat.

    What we are going to see is whether or not Biden can hold it together for 90 minutes. Biden is a career politician, and his political instincts will likely help him out tonight. And I don’t expect Biden to stick around and talk to reporters after the debate – he will likely do what he always does, call a lid, and bug out as fast as possible.

  22. There will be a gotcha question asked of Trump, the answer to which Biden will be forewarned to know. Probably something to do with foreign policy, maybe the Armenia/Azerbaijan war. The Dems are still burning about the Nobel nominations and they absolutely must shit on those. Fortunately, Trump will probably see the setup and finesse the gotcha, and Biden will garble or forget the one thing he was told to remember. Still, keep current, PDT.

Also Trump needs to list point-by-point that Joe has abandoned the Obama presidency policies and is simply copying Trump’s policies as a campaign platform.

    Finally, Joe has been in the basement, preparing for a long time. When Joe issues a zing that his people wrote for him to deliver at a specific time, Trump should call that out as a planned zing from his awful staff.

    The American voters will see that Biden has been coached and Trump is a prize-fighter that is good with his feet.

  292. During last evening’s so-called debate. Basement Joe stated Trump needs to get out of his bunker and see real people. He already does. [yeah, it was a ridiculous challenge since Trump visits more states in one day than Joe does in a week].

    Plus Joe also tried to hype up fear of spreading Wuhan virus from people attending the Trump rallies.

    I haven’t seen any reports of an increase in virus infections spreading out from the Trump rally sites, just as there was no jump in virus infections spreading out from the Sturgis, S.D. motorcycle rally.

    Trump needs enough votes to decisively overwhelm vote fraud, any & all vote irregularities, to quickly shutdown any thought of attempting to challenge election day vote count.   294. I think POTUS did a great job. We watched separately, me in the kitchen, and progtard husband came out after 5 min. ranting and raving about POTUS and went out on porch to smoke.

    But then he settled down and did not return to kitchen.

    Afterwards he came out calmly. I was very agitated and worried after, but it was all ok. He said calmly something like only thing is Trump didn’t say anything about white supremacists–and I said what group were they referring to? I heard Trump say Proud Boys. And he said You’re right, I heard him say that too. Then he said Well I was watching something else after and they were talking about that.

    I did not offer anything I know about Proud Boys.

    But I think he had his first chance to hear POTUS speak for more than the little bleeps that are allowed on the MSM. POTUS was very good talking about law and order and his endorsements. I think POTUS won without a doubt, even though he had to shout over the other two who were just awful to him.
