Baker City is a beautiful but economically depressed area in conservative eastern Oregon. Lots of Trump signs. I always stay at the Baker City Motel (plug) during my travels.
Ain’t gonna happen. Oregon has had mail-in voting for 30 years now, and the fix is in.
