Fox Business News ran a story about Oregon US Senator Ron Wyden’s wife purchasing stokc in two different semiconductor companies at the same time her husband is workong on subsidies for the industry. Fax News reports,
“Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., is pushing for legislation to expand U.S. manufacturing of semiconductors, batteries and other technology – but his wife recently purchased at least $2,000 worth of stock in American semiconductor manufacturing tool companies. MORE

Big dollars. To put things in proper perspective people in the private sector have gone to jail for trying to pay off buyers under the table however if you’re a politician no big deal.
His wife is the multimillionaire owner of the Strand Bookstore in New York City. Nancy Bass Wyden made news a few months ago pleading impoverishment when she had to stop paying her 230 employees due to her bookstore shutting down because of the Wuhan Bat Soup Virus. Hundreds of loyal customers came out to save this multimillionaire’s business. She also qualified for Federal Assistance to tide her over. Nancy Bass Wyden is a great example for aspiring inheritors.
I actually saw him at a town hall in Oregon once back when he was pushing that O’fu*****bama care bullshit. I think he might have been lost.

Oregon gets a bad rap because of three cities: Portland, Salem, and Eugene. There’s a sprinkling of fruits and nuts throughout the entire state, but Oregon would be fairly red if not for these three leftist enclaves. And believe me, most of us would welcome the chance to be rid of them if we could.
Another angle the corrupt pols use to enrich themselves at our expense.
