This week, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department held a press conference where they discussed the city’s latest crime stats. Overall crime is down, but there is a deeply concerning trend.
More than half of those arrested for violent crimes having prior arrests, including teens, with one example being an unnamed 15-year-old with an astounding 111 arrests since August 2023.
He gets arrested more than once a week and is never held accountable because he is young. It’s only a matter of time before he seriously hurts or kills someone. Apparently, he is thinking of cop killings.
At the presser, Martin shared the disturbing search results from the youngster’s phone.

I thought it was 3 strikes and you were out; this kid has 98 more. He needs to put away for good like for life. Good golly, Miss Molly how many more arrests are needed before they finally put him away.
If you lock them up they can’t commit crimes on innocent citizens, and there is a slight chance of rehabilitation, or just not wanting to go back after release. Keep letting violent offenders run wild and an innocent citizen might kill them. This is doing no-one any favors.
Looks like this kid being only 15 will only get 3 years House Arrest for murder because his lawyer will get him tried before a Leftist Activist Judge.
geoff – I think the Three Strikes law are state based and vary as a result. I’m not sure if they have been withdrawn or simply not enforced (ignored) in Blue states. I hope someone who is knowledgable about this can comment on it, but the state of affairs today certainly highlights the need for Three Strikes to be re-enacted and strictly enforced!
This trend toward releasing violent offenders by leftist judges just to have them violently offend again and again WILL STOP when they start violently offending leftist judges.

These little demons have absolutely no fear of punishment. They know if they get caught they just get turned back over to their mother and, in many cases, the grandmother because momma incarcerated. That’s why the older gang members have them carry the weapons and the drugs.

Aside, it’s also an illustration of the hypocrisy or ignorance of those who insist on using the word “children” to refer to the very well-paid voluntary albeit underage Epstein prostitutes.
