Smart guy.
But no military experience.
No boots on the ground experience.
I hope it’s truly temporary.
Another swamp critter. Yuck.
I was hoping for Allen West.
He resigned no reason for him to hang around for two months! Adios Pogey Bait!
Don’t forget that ole RINO Chuckles Hagel had military experience and remember the bang up job that he did for ole Half Blackass Hussein Obama!
After that patronizing and dirty resignation letter, he wrote to the man who gave him a second chance I would have escorted him out of the building immediately!
Let’s hope that he’s not another Robert McNamara coming from the corporate world of Boeing like McNamara did from Ford. Remember how well that turned out, it was a complete FUBAR and SNAFU all rolled up into one giant mess. The DOD needs a military leader and not another corporate lackey.
I guess when you tell Trump you’re quitting you better have your bags packed.
The SecDef needs to be a manager, not a warrior; warriors work for the President and incidentally for the SecDef.
Just because Mr. McNamara was an inept manager doesn’t mean that all business types are bad. After all McNamara did a great job in the peacetime DoD.
