Patriot Action: Fighting Corporate Censorship By Establishing Free Speech States

LookAheadAmerica: While private corporations are free to regulate the speech that occurs on their platforms and choose who they will or will not hire or transact business with, they are not entitled to enrich themselves with tax dollars paid by the same people whom they are denying the exercise of Constitutionally-protected speech, political activity, and gainful employment.

The remedy to this problem is the establishment of “Free Speech States” with state-level legislation that prohibits corporations who do business with the state from engaging in censorship, deplatforming, and employment discrimination.

I read that the FBI has started to go after Parler for having a part in the attack at the Capitol on the 6th now.

They really don’t want it to find a new platform and start up again.

Anyway, the Free Speech State declaration thing sounds good, but I think it would be a nightmare to design any legislation that would both pass and then be declared as Constitutional when it is challenged.

I brought up separating the states on an earlier post mostly tongue in cheek, maybe it’s time has come.

  3. I would prefer destroying the tech companies and watch them fade away. If people on the right would stop using them they’ll become a one trick pony and the left will turn on themselves without us there. This shouldn’t be hard.
