This visual presentation offers the viewer a window into the ancient world of the Roman Empire while traveling through Italy with Dr. Randall Smith. Following in the footsteps of Paul, we visit the area from the Bay of Naples to the heart of the Empire in the “Eternal City” of Rome.
Offering visuals of the best restored Roman archaeological sites in the world, Dr. Smith introduces the viewer to the lives and common culture of the first recipients of Paul’s letters, as we learn about Paul’s careful response to the pagan world with the life giving truth of the risen Christ. It is the story of the confrontation between a pagan world and the truth of the gospel as it was first presented.

MJA,
I have been going thru the NT with Pastor Gary Hamrick. Maybe it works for you, or not.
In the case of Romans it’s 22 sermons.
Roughly 30-40 minute sermons each.

Paul (or I would rather say Saul of Tarsus) is the Apostle to the Gentiles. I cannot find any reference as to when and why his name was changed to Paul. No matter, when the Lord works it can go by any name.
Instead of listening, I prefer reading. God’s holy word in the Holy Bible. Also, Matthew Henry’s Commentary (unabridged)
Also, The Berean website.
I do listen to videos. Most recently a series on Paul’s letters to the seven churches.
Beloved, it encourages me when I come near other believers, in this case, the IOTW website.
Johnny- Yup. I watch Cornerstone.
Johnny,
Thanks! I watched the first one and it was great. I will be watching the rest!
Sourpuss,
Saul’s name was changed to Paul some time after his conversion after meeting Jesus on the Damascus Road.
