What Americans are is naïve. They have conceded good intentions to followers of what is demonstrably a wicked and evil political philosophy. So far it looks to be pretty much a more articulate apologetic for what I argue when it comes to what they are and how they have made such advances.

Put simply, our government was permitted to lie to people in other countries, but not to us here at home.
