Which one was the pedestrian? The dude who got knocked out of his flip-flops, I hope. My wife was in LA last month, and she was driving through a parking lot, right in front of an Aldi, and a guy stepped off the curb as her car was approaching, she was driving slowly and chose to continue past the store instead of slamming on the brakes. The guy started screaming, “You SAW me! You fucking SAW me!!!”, and she was on the berge of backing up and flipping him off, but she chose to just move on and let the dude simmer in his own rage. And there wasn’t even a damned entitlement crosswalk!
Everybody, on foot or behind the wheel, needs to get off their high horse and their phone when playing in traffic.
