CFP: HARRISBURG — An order by Pennsylvania’s acting health secretary that requires masks inside K-12 schools and child care facilities was thrown out Wednesday by a state court that said she lacked the authority.
Commonwealth Court sided 4-1 with the ranking Republican in the state Senate and others who sued to challenge the masking order that took effect in early September as a result of the coronavirus scamdemic.
The judges said Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam’s mandate did not comply with the state’s laws about reviewing and approving regulations and was adopted without an existing disaster emergency declared by the governor. more
I had a Doc appointment first thing this morning. So driving back to the shop I passed one of our local elementary schools that had kids out running circles in the parking lot. everyone of them masked including the 4 extremely obese kids in the back of the field that looked like they were about to vapor lock due to lack of O2. I was actually pissed. That’s not safe.
If this happened when I was in school I would have been expelled already.
No way I would wear a fucking mask in school.
Thing is, Mom hated forced busing and allowed me to skip school so I think she would have had my back for this as well.

I’m in one of the school districts in PA that sued the governor for reimposing the mandate even after the Senate voted no. I pulled my boy immediately, and we are never going to go back. They are slow killing our kids, in addition to making them ever more stupid
