Pennsylvania: Muslim Uber driver charged with raping unconscious female passenger in Chester County

Creeping Sharia: WEST CHESTER — An Uber driver has been charged with rape following an eight-month investigation by Chester County law enforcement authorities.

Ahmed Moustafa Elgaafary, 26, of Lansdale, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 31, and charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault as a result of an incident that was reported on Feb. 10, 2018.

State police at Embreeville said Egaafary was working as an Uber driver when he got a call to arrive at the Valley Forge Casino in Upper Merion. Egaafary picked up the female fare and transported her to a residence in Chester County.

Police said it was later confirmed that Elgaafary had sex with the female while she was unconscious, and without her consent.

An Uber driver from Lansdale, Montgomery County, has been charged with raping a passenger who was unconscious in his vehicle, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Ahmed M. Elgaafary, 26, faces multiple charges, including rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault without consent, and indecent assault of an unconscious person. read more
