Pennsylvania State Judge Upholds Halt To Certification, Finds Likelihood Mail-In Balloting Procedures Violate PA Constitution

Legal Insurrection: A Pennsylvania state court Judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing Pennsylvania from taking any further steps to perfect its certification of the election, including but not limited to appointment of electors and transmission of necessary paperwork to the Electoral College, pending further court hearings and rulings. The ruling upholds an injunction from earlier in the week, and is significant because of the findings made in the Opinion released tonight.

The case has been somewhat under the radar, because it doesn’t involve claims of fraud. It appears to be a pretty straight legal argument. This is not the federal court case that has received a lot of press attention and in which the Third Circuit Court of Appeals denied relief.

The issue in this case is whether legislative expansion of absentee balloting to broad mail-in balloting violated the Pennsylvania Constitution. It’s not clear what the relief would be; the petitioners seek to preclude the Secretary of State from transmitting the certification or otherwise perfecting the electoral college selections.

Earlier in the week, Judge Patricia McCollough  issued a temporary halt to the certification process, and that now is on appeal to the PA Supreme Court.   2. The concluding paragraph lays out why ACB was absolutely essential. Roberts is disgrace to the Court and can be counted on to fall in line and uphold anything extra constitutional.

  4. If it were not for the establishment Republicans being in on it and therefore sitting on their thumbs, this would have already been recognized by 90% of Americans for what it is. I can tell you with 100% certitude that at least 50% of Democrats know what the score is… they don’t care though. They deny the obvious in public, but in private they are just fine with what went down.

I don’t speak to democrats, whether they’re acquaintances, friends or family, but I have yet to speak to one person who doesn’t know without a shadow of a doubt that the mail in ballots were a fraud and the electronic voting machines were a fraud, and the electronic vote tabulators were a fraud. Most believe the same as I do that the RINOS have been participating in this fraud for years, mainly in primaries and don’t want the truth known. They care more about staying in office than they do the country, Harris will give them more of what they want anyway than Trump will in their view.
