A personal injury lawsuit has been filed against Peter Daszak and Ralph Baric (among others) in New York — shortly after an EcoHealth Alliance whistleblower named Dr. Andrew Huff came forward to confirm that both Daszak and Baric were personally involved in the creation of the COVID-19 virus.

I was curious about whether the plaintiffs have a reasonable chance of having standing, specifically whether they provably suffered injury by the defendants.
It will be mighty hard for a judge to dismiss on grounds of no standing: The suit is being brought on behalf of people who are dead.
