NY Post – Horrific footage shows the devastating toll the “tranq” drug epidemic has had on addicts in Philadelphia.
The Kensington neighborhood — made infamous by its open-air drug market — is seen completely packed with the slumped-over and passed-out drug users in the video posted to TikTok by urbanvisuals2.0.
The harrowing clip comes as the “City of Brother Love” struggles with the rising use of the drug Xylazine, or “tranq,” which is a deadly sedative used to enhance the effects of heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl.
The drug is so potent the White House recently declared it an “emerging threat.”

Xylazine. ACTUAL horse medicine. Supposed to “fix” the “flaw” of Fentanyl that it doesn’t last long, but as its enhancing a respiratory depressant with a NON opiod substace, it makes it so Narcan doesn’t have a chance to reverse it, so you have to be ventilated longer which makes you much more likely to die IF you’re not already dead when found. Also adds a wound care dimension to it because in people that DON’T die, they are likely to get open, nonhealing festering sores that can quite easily become gangrenous, which requires rapid amputation or it causes extremely unpleasant, irreversible death. And the pus from those sores not only stinks, it also is itself infectious material that contaminates wherever they drip or make contact.
Users are unlikely to become productive citizens because of the very permanent damage this can cause, so they will be medically expensive welfare cases for as long as their self-made miserable lives can be extended.

…but sure, outlaw effective painkillers, allow the cartels to ship at will across the border, make it impossible for police to arrest drug dealers and have prosecutors who won’t prosecute them even if arrested because, equity, or something.

…I hope they are operating under some sort of licensure as pure oxygen is still considered a prescription drug, and can cause its own problems if administered by untrained personnel who aren’t prepared for possible issues that can arise depending on how they react to the oxygen as you’ll have to guard their respiratory status until higher level care is attained.
I love harm reduction programs, get free Narcan from them, the people who run them are great and I enjoy swapping war stories with them, but they tend to push the envelope on the “Good Samaritan” thing. Out of necessity I suppose, but I’d hate to see them get in trouble and/or sued for practicing medicine without a license, especially if someone claims they were harmed…

They were supposed to turn to (and worship) the all-powerful state, but they perceive it as incompetent, oppressive, malevolent, and psychotic.
Thus they turn to the ONE thing they can depend on – drugs – drugs never let you down – they may kill you – but they won’t let you down.

Beezlebubb ain’t seen nothing yet. He knows his time is short, and this is a taste of what’s to come. This is what a generation of children who were told they were never wanted, has become.
