I went to a moma in L.A. where they had the balls to put the $$$$ grant money given on a tag by the ‘art’. I could only stand about 3 minutes and then I walked out.

OMG I couldn’t agree more.
I often wonder (especially with pieces like that blue canvas with the white line) if the “artist” secretly thinks things like, “Damn, these people are just as stupid as I had hoped. No, more!!”
I could use the $4 million. Blue background with a vertical white stripe? 12’ x 8’?
And all I have to do is bullshit about social justice for a few hours (lie) and then resume my hermit lifestyle after taking rich liberal dopes money?
