National File: Portsmouth, Virginia Police Chief Angela Greene has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation just weeks after announcing felony charges against Democrat State Senator Louise Lucas, local NAACP President James Boyd, and 12 others in connection with a June 10th attack on the city’s 144-year-old Confederate monument.
While the department has yet to release details surrounding the investigation, City Manager Lydia Pettis Patton claims that Greene should have never been investigating the case due to an undisclosed “conflict of interest,” presumably that the case involves some of the city’s elected officials and representatives. In response, Greene said that her department had exhausted efforts to have an external group conduct the investigation and that no conflicts of interest had been revealed. more
…she’ll be found guilty of first-degree doing her jobism when a Democrat is involved, then fired and doxxed while all charges are dropped and a militant Black transwoman is put in her place to root out all the imaginary racism in the department, thus paralyzing it…meanwhile, the former chief will be too busy constantly changing addresses to testify against the Democrats, which will be presented in the media as she didn’t have any evidence in the FIRST place and therefore all arrests of Democrats were rayyyciss, or something…
Seems to me that there is some illegal activity and criminal intimidation involved in investigating Greene the same as it would be for a gang or organized crime ring to be intimidating the prosecution in a criminal case against them.

The entire legal system has been weaponized against the enforcement of laws while simultaneously distorting the intent.
The intent of the investigation in this case is to intimidate any others from enforcing the law.
And, somehow, we’re surprised??

Reading the stories in the media very few say that Chief Greene was placed on administrative leave (that’s a suspension) instead they say (like the Washington Post) that she has taken leave and those are two entirely different things. An example on using a half-truth to distort the real truth.
I am thinking this could be a federal RICO investigation.
The Sheriff only arrested criminal suspects without regard for their community status.

Update: The Portsmouth City Manager has resigned, along with a city attorney. Heads are rolling!
