During last night’s Democratic debate, CNN’s Anderson Cooper noted that each of the candidates had made a number of enemies during their careers in politics and asked them which enemy they were most proud of. The question prompted one of the debate’s most memorable and striking answers. And that answer prompted all kinds of sanctimonious sneering from self-righteous liberals unfit to carry Jim Webb’s rucksack.
Most of the Democrats at the debate gave predictably boring answers to Cooper’s question. Lincoln Chafee said he was proud that the coal industry disliked him. Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley said the National Rifle Association. Bernie Sanders said Wall Street. What about Hillary?
“Probably the Republicans,” Hillary responded, in the apparent belief that nearly half the country is her enemy.
But the answer from former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb, a highly decorated Marine combat veteran, is what shook everyone awake.
“Which enemy are you most proud of?” Cooper asked. “Senator Webb?”
“I’d have to say the enemy soldier that threw the grenade that wounded me,” Webb calmly replied, “but he’s not around right now to talk to.”
If he had answered ‘aborted fetuses,’ he would have been a new Democrat party superstar.
And that answer prompted all kinds of sanctimonious sneering from self-righteous liberals unfit to carry Jim Webb’s rucksack.
They aren’t even fit to be “tea-bagged” by his nutsack.
Webb is a man born to the wrong time. Nobody told him (or he refuses to believe) that his party are now the enemies he rolled over a grenade from.
I don’t know much about him except for what I hear, and I hear he’s a classic democrat. Not what we see now, a commie in fear of saying they’re commies out loud.
I’ll bet Webb is an NRA member. He stands out among that covey of shitbirds.
The libs are beside themselves because when asked who is your greatest enemy, Web’s answer was the only one that didn’t include America or an American…..
Poor guy was in the wrong debate. He’s a damn sight more conservative than my two RINO’s, Alexander and Corker.

Webb is honestly the only one on that stage that night that I respected. He was the only person whom i didn’t think hated my guts just because I believe in Republicanism.
He’s got a pair and that pussy reporter would piss down his pants if Webb took after him(I think he’s boxer too). He’s definitely an outlier in his own party. He resigned under Reagan rather then agree to defense cuts, I think. Too bad he beat Allen who really was the real deal.
He’s written a number of good books including one I really liked, Born Fighting. I like the guy-he made a few of the only sensible statements in that Klown Kar debate the other night. He’ll be gone soon, much too much of a foreign policy realist for his bunch.
I’m sure Vogel has a special room for all the trophies he received for last place. What a dicknose.
It’s certainly not politically correct to kill an enemy combatant that’s trying to kill you in the eyes of progtards everywhere in the Rat party. They would much rather him(Webb) offer the enemy information about US troop movements.
He was the one I thought won the debate. But we all know that honesty, integrity, loyalty and REAL service to America, are not according to the collective.
Good Lord give us strength and resolve in the tilted world of liberalism. Help us gather strength and follow the bravery of Cruz, Carson and the front man, Trump.
The liberals are the game players who want to win, selling their souls, as they go. All that is left, is a shell, and a receiver that broadcasts stock, pre-approved answers, and replaces their brain. Notice that the ‘shell’ reads from a notebook (liberal political playbook) they all refer to when answering questions.
Watch all of the spokespersons. Any question that is asked, entails that they refer to (actually leaf through) look at the
playbook, and then answer. And they ALL SAY ALMOST IDENTICAL THINGS.
