I too have donated to Trump, written letters to my congressmen and Senators, have traveled to their office and other’s offices to talk to them directly, I have fought with local TV and radio stations, I have prayed and fasted with groups of people but it didn’t move the needle one single iota and that is the FACT. The other FACT is Trump is gone and there will be no deus ex machina. This much prayer, work and money and still losing means something is rotten on our side and we need to find it and root it out.

@PHenry, we all see what we want to see. This habit must be broken with several sharp slaps across the face to snap people out of it and replace it with proactive critical thinking skills. I got my slaps a few months before the election and could see the hand writing on the wall.
I am subcontracted with a few federal agencies with my line of work and can tell you that even thousands of miles from DC these fed offices were mostly aligned against Trump. The message boards and online Zoom, Teams, Adobe and Google meetings in early Oct had multiple people begging me to bet thousands of dollars through professional bookie sites on the web for Trump. I knew right then and there that these people were actively involved to cheat Trump because they had the computer skills, political and other connections and specific skill sets to do it. A few of my more naïve Trump supporting friends took the bet and lost, big.
Because of my proTrump stance which was not overbearing or militant (no time really at work because of the pace) plus my time off political activities I have a big target on the back of my head. I am expecting an IRS audit and to lose my job sometime later this year. But I am planning for it and will hopefully weather it.
My recent enlightening experience can be summed up by a quote from Hannibal Lector: “Toughened your nipples, didn’t it?”
