I have never understood the logic behind letting a baby born during an abortion be killed through neglect. If a regular-birth produced baby was allowed to die through neglect, the medical people involved would be charged with murder. These babies born alive during an abortion are no less human than those are. How is it a law can be passed and followed that says they are not?
