CTH: President Trump named just about everyone connected to ‘Spygate’ and the manufactured ‘Trump-Russia’ fraud in a civil lawsuit filed today in the jurisdiction of Miami, Florida.
“Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the president states. The ramifications could be significant as the Durham criminal probe continues to generate evidence that supports the Trump lawsuit.
“Under the guise of ‘opposition research,’ ‘data analytics,’ and other political stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust. They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump,” says one segment of the lawsuit.
All of the claims within the filing are substantiated by documents outlining the history of the events. I’m not sure any defendant is going to be successful getting themselves out of the target zone on the lawsuit. The suit alleges “racketeering” and a “conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood,” among other claims. more
Seems like just over a year ago the left were ecstatic Trump was out of office so they could prosecute him.

I wish him luck, but his legal team is up against a herd of swamp creature lawyers, that will thicken the quagmire to setting concrete.
I wish him all the luck in the world with this, but I don’t see the lawsuit going any where. If the courts wouldn’t even look at any of the evidence of election fraud, I don’t see them doing anything with this.
The sad thing – the thing that proves our country is in a tailspin – is that President Trump must pursue what SHOULD BE criminal prosecutions.

The 2022 midterms should help give Trump some leveraged clout against these bastards. It never hurts to have friends in high places. Democrats have manipulated it for three decades and turn around is fair play. He should also go after Obama for Spygate. Legally speaking, Trump is on very solid ground. The issue I see is our legal system has been so corrupted and bastardized that obtaining justice therein is more and more difficult every day.
I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t see it happening. You can file all the papers you want to sue, but if the courts will not hear it…….
He’s pursuing RICO charges. I’m no dang Attorney, but I did go to Find Law Center ad they have a nice little PDF explaining what to look for and man, this could be far reaching. HUGE. If successful, I would think the DOJ would be forced to act.

To seize, supress, lose, and destroy evidence, intimidate witnesses, and harass anyone who supports the true President’s effort.
The media will support them fully in this if it ever happened,
But Democrats own all the judges, so the question is most likely moot.

I thought about that. I think this would be such a huge media event that type of activity would be hard to hide. I’m reasonably sure they will be relying heavily on Durham’s reports and transcripts. You can’t suppress or intimidate those. But they will try some bull shit, no doubt.
