I dunno about that Brad. While military personnel can commit treason, it is not limited to them. Any civilian owing allegiance to the U.S. can be charged. A civilian can be charged with treason if they meet the constitutional definition of levying war against or adhering to enemies of the U.S., giving them aid and comfort, and demonstrating intent to betray the nation. So either way, it looks like the Obamboozler can be charged with treason.

I get that. But a President is commander in chief. Part of the military? I dunno. He’s in charge of it. This shit show started while he was still president. I think at the very least they need to appoint a special prosecutor and get it out of Pam Blondi’s hands. And there’s no use for Congress to hold hearings as Gabbard has it down in black and white. There’s a good possibility the the shear numbers of people involved may require military tribunals. You know damn well they’ll catch some congress critters too. Probably a few of our own.

IIRC Treason during war time by a member of the military would be tried by court martial, subject to execution if found guilty.
Treason by civilian is not tried in a military court.
