A 63 month sentence is a long time but I tend to doubt the Judge will impose it. She’s more likely to get something like 24 months and 24 month supervision. With cases like this why bother with a plea deal if it’s open and shut? A sentence of 20 years in a federal prison is far more likely to deter any other lefty from doing a similar thing.
