Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz barred from inspecting post office facilities

Just The News: A congresswoman was barred from inspecting two U.S. Postal Service branches on Friday, with the federal agency claiming she did not give the post office enough advance notice before arriving at the locations.

Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz showed up at USPS facilities in Florida’s Opa-locka and Northwest Miami-Dade on Friday, intending to investigate reports from postal employees of considerable amounts of undelivered mail there.

Yet upon arrival Wasserman Schultz was barred from accessing the distribution facilities, with agency police preventing her from entering both locations. At one location the parking lot was blocked off by caution tape and a USPS police car; at another, armed guards in the lobby prevented the congresswoman from conducting her inspection. more here

  1. I can’t tell you the last time I heard her name. Is she trying to make a comeback?

Maybe one of her constituents should show up at her office unannounced and demand to inspect it. After all, she works for them.

These guys commenting cannot see the forest for the trees. trump is slowly gaining control over everything. he is a want to be dictator and believe me once he has enough control will turn on anyone who supported him if they don’t do just what he says. yes, as his son said, the fancy golf courses were gotten with russian money. he is obligated to putin and is doing all he can to create chaos and division. to think he even wanted to but was held back from pulling out of NATO. he is a used car salesman and his base is getting lots of nods to help build up the every so needful egos his base depends upon. guys, yes be angry at the system but don’t get taken by this cheap used car salesman who is in putin’s pocket.
