Procedural changes will not prevent sworn lies on applications. With no penalty imposed for doing so, all this is just garden variety bullshit.
Political two step.
Obviously changes must be made but we want a perp walk.
Until there is a perp parade it is irrelevant what happens with the FISA court.
It takes multiple approvals at both the fbi and the doj and then the fisa judge to get the warrant.
There are no and there is no changes that can be made when they all collude. And we now know that they all did collude.
These people are going to reauthorize this thing and claim they fixed it.
There is no possible fix when they are all criminal liars who know they will not be punished.
I detest and despise the US govt.

I wish that we could get the legislation Rand Paul wants – but I don’t think it is possible, yet. If Nunes says it’s good, that’s better than the alternative.
Until obama, clinton, kerry, biden and the rest of the gang at the top face criminal justice, this is all bullshit, and we need to either learn to remain vassals of the most corrupt enterprise in the world, or take back our country to preserve our way of life.
