Every program that is started makes mmoney for someone. They start layering it up with administrators and before you know it they need money for this, that and the other thing (mostly for the other thing) and a lot of money gets lost in the fog of government skullduggery.
Virtually ever NGO does this now. They don’t help anybody but the slimebags running the NGOs and the DNC.
California’s homeless industrial complex was established a very long time ago. I remember from a few years ago that it cost taxpayers $800K for every person taken off of the street.
It’s probably $1.5M per homeless by now.
With Governor shirt face, the economy is in a place that rhymes with hitter. The first letter is S.
I knew a fellow who worked for a company that was building low income housing – basically, the homeless could live there for free. If I recall correctly, the per unit cost was over $300k – perhaps higher.
A short distance from that project was a condominium complex. One could purchase a 2 bedroom condo for less than half that. You do the math – apparently California pubic officials can’t.
