Dr. Kandiss Taylor released a report yesterday identifying over 168,000 ballots in Cobb County, Georgia, missing required chain of custody documentation.
We’ve been reporting for months on the hundreds of thousands of ballots missing chain of custody documentation in Georgia.
The report above linked to a report from the Georgia Star that showed more than 89,000 ballots in Cobb County missing chain of custody documentation.
However, a new report out of Cobb County finds that the Elections Director had data drives with election data taken to a separate location, and printed tabulation tapes from a different machine.
This reportedly violated the standard procedure and chain of custody.
In a press release from Dr. Kandiss Taylor yesterday, Taylor, a candidate for governor, claims that there is sufficient evidence of process violations and malfeasance that would be adequate to place in doubt the results of the presidential election. Taylor writes:
Our election system here in Georgia is inherently flawed with one of the voting provisions that got us put under federal supervision decades ago.
This flaw was never corrected by the feds.
One, just one of the Jim Crow laws you’ve all heard bandied about so much lately is still in full and devastating effect. It still, to this day, suppresses the minority vote and no one wants to address this.
The Jim Crow law I speak of was a literacy test administered at the polls where a scrap of newspaper was handed to a black person who was then asked to read aloud from the snippet. If they were unable to do so, they were turned away from the poll.
This law was struck down by the feds. It still exists today.
We use the printed (or displayed on an electronic display device) word to formulate the ballot with the names of the potential office holders.
This is a travesty, a clear violation of the ‘literacy test’, and must be remedied before any more elections take place.
I have suggested to our Secretary of State (in charge of our elections) that Democrat choices be represented pictorially as an engorged human suckling breast. The Republican choice would be depicted as an open infected wound. This would eliminate the literacy requirement in place today and just perhaps calm the Democrats seeking ever more changes to our elections.
I have yet to hear back.
And, what??? Is something going to be done? I’ll wait…………………………………………………… ………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………… ………………………… ………………………… …………………………
We have to quit ingesting saltpeter.
Mike Lindell said a couple of months ago that Trump would be retaking the oath in August? Thoughts? Possible? Later than August? I am certainly open-minded, eager to hear more about the AZ audit since it just concluded.
“Mike Lindell said a couple of months ago that Trump would be retaking the oath in August? Thoughts? Possible?”
No.
If I did not know better I’d think the Bush Boys B+B worked to elect Joe.
OK
I do NOT KNOW BETTER!

There are no provisions in the Constitution to over-turn certified elections to my understanding. (not that 2 branches of government consider the Constitution when making laws or creating executive orders).
I suspect the Supreme Court after a 3 minute review would find that states nor citizens have “standing” for them to even consider the case.
cato, there is a provision in the Constitution to overturn certified bogus elections: It’s Clause AR-15.
