  1. This is such a perfect example of what the stupid congress — all of them — thinks are national priorities! What does their first order of business focus on? Themselves and their club. I hope Ryan’s cheeks burned hot and red with embarrassment. What a hoser.

  2. Ryan needs a nanny to keep him in line. He’s just a technocrat, good at getting things done that other people tell him to do. Should have never been Speaker or even House Whip.

  3. Interesting. As I understand it, Obama created this shiny new oversight office in 2008 with his super majority, right? Anybody, including Ricky Madcow, can call in, anonymously, a claim Walter Jones JR. is a pedo, and the fine upstanding Walter Jones Jr. makes headline news for being investigated for being a pedo, right? Obama stacked this group with libs, and when the libs lost control, they tried to eliminate this “historic” ethics board, and the R’s liked it and said no. Now that the R’s have full control, Trump tweets that this is a dumb way to start, let’s do it later. Will those of you that praise Trump for killing this bill in January also criticize him for approving it in July?

  4. Menderman, it depends on what PEOTUS Trump means by “this is a dumb way to start?” He might be directing that at the rinos telling them not to pick a fight right off the bat. We will have to see.
