I think I’m in good shape but my 300 pound nutritionist tells me I’m overweight at 150 pounds and 6 foot tall.
Let’s can the term “fat shaming”. It’s a Lefty term suggesting that acknowledging unhealthy weight is mean or negatively discriminatory. Most of our nation’s chronic diseases are avoidable by maintaining a healthy weight, and obesity should no longer be accommodated or, worse, admired and celebrated.
