BPR: Woman convicted of murdering lover lunges at her attorney.

A woman convicted of murdering her lover during a meth-fueled sex attack was caught on camera lunging at her own lawyer before being tackled to the ground by the bailiff.

Taylor Schabusiness, the 27-year-old woman who dismembered Shad Thyrion after strangling him to death while high on methamphetamine, was sitting calmly next to her attorney, Paul Julka, before inexplicably screaming and attempting to attack him. Julka put up his arm in an attempt to defend himself before Schabusiness was pushed to the ground and restrained. Watch.

  1. I watched the video they knocked the shit out of her. She pretty much went flying before landing hard.
She’s in prison for life, not sure why they needed to bring her to court for attacking a guard. Can’t prisons just put them in solitary for that shit?

  2. I agree with ORWW. Just like this latest “trial” here in Phoenix. This Lori Vallow gets covered 24/7 here when she’s already convicted of killing her kids and now she’s on “trial” again for killing one of her husbands. How many stupid “trials” do we taxpayers have to pay for?

  3. @ Ferd Berfle at first glance is does seem redundant but there are reasons to add the new trial and sentencing.
First it adds closure for the family of the husband she killed. Second, unfortunately, all too often a life sentence doesn’t mean they will spend the rest of their life in prison. If the second murder trial ends 5 years after the fist and the are sentenced to life again even if the sentence is life (25 year usually) and the sentence is run concurrently it will 5 years to the time before they are up for parole. A good prosecutor will often with hold serving a warrant and arrest if they know their suspect is already in prison, so the judge can’t run the sentences concurrently.
