DC: Republican California Rep. Dana Rohrabacher met with Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul last Thursday and discussed leveraging Paul’s close relationship with President Donald Trump to let the president know that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is willing to divulge information about the source of leaked emails.
Rep. Rohrabacher told The Daily Caller about the meeting during a phone interview Tuesday.

Assange has never revealed his sources. It’s a trap.
For helping him win the election, Trump should demand all charges be dropped.
It’s likely that w/o Wikileaks, Hillary would be President right now. Take a minute and realize the horror of that situation.
He’s not going to out fox Trump so I see no harm in listening to what he has to say. If Trump wants some of these dems off his ass and back on their heels this just might be a way. Could be a way to take a bite out of McConnell’s ass too.
If in anyway true, I can see Assange revealing that it was Seth Rich. Seth Rich is dead, no need to protect his source anymore, so that would make sense. And even if it was false, who would be able to contest the claim? So it’s a win win for Assange.
He could name anyone, but he’d have to provide proof.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think Assange said he could prove that the Russians weren’t the DNC email source. That’s not the same thing as offering to name that source, although I’m not quite sure how anything else could constitute proof.
So I agree with Meir. With Rich dead, Assange can (sort-of) continue to claim never burning a source. I’ve thought it probable that Rich was the source for quite a while now, what with all the obfuscation/cover-up about his murder and given his position in the DNC.
As sloppy as the dems are about security it could be anyone.
