Among the leftist-controlled city’s latest challenges is a roving gang of baseball bat-wielding kids that targets mothers and nannies trying to pick up children from school.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that a group of adolescents is likely responsible for the attacks on at least 11 women in the city’s Noe Valley, also called “stroller valley” on account of the preponderance of young families still living there. more

San Franfreako prohibits retail sales of guns and ammunition and I have noticed an increase of SF residents buying at my favorite gun store in my county. Even if residents have a gun, I doubt they can get a ccw and I would imagine if they use a gun in self defense in their homes, the DA will be troublesome.
The last time I was reluctantly in SF was 2019 and it was a complete cesspit, even in the “nice” area where I was. I will never go there again.

If you have a valid California Carry permit and are carrying in San Fransisco they will confiscate your weapon and you won’t get it back. If you have defensive rounds in that gun they will issue you a hefty citation. Hollow points are illegal in San Fransisco. CCW classes cover this. So you won’t catch me in that social experiment gone nuts. Besides, the place is quickly turning into a ghost town. The occupancy rate for retail has fallen some 40%.

And to think only 13 years ago I rated Kali higher in gun freedom than Texas because it was, supposedly, an open carry state.
Texas has definitely gotten way better since then. Kali has descended.

In all actuality gun freedom should not be judged by state. It should be judged by county. San Fransisco county is the only county in California that has gone off the charts crazy. There are some counties in California that will refuse to issue permits, but all respect the rights of the person with a permit. Except SF. My county is a Shall Issue county.
