Ruth Institute: Supreme Court LGBT Ruling ‘Erases Womanhood’

(CNS News) — The Supreme Court’s ruling in Bostock v. Clayton County on Monday “erases womanhood,” according to Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D., president of the pro-family Ruth Institute.

In a statement Morse said, “The Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County erases womanhood. It is the end of women in sports and women’s rights to privacy. Thanks to the Sexual Revolutionaries on the Court, our laws will refuse to distinguish men who say they are women from real women.”

“If you’re born a man, you’ll remain one to your dying day,” she added, “regardless of what you believe or do to your body.”

Morse also warned that the decision could have far-reaching consequences, eventually impacting religious institutions, education and sports.

On Monday, the Supreme Court issued a ruling, 6-3, in favor of Bostock. The decision extended the ban on employment discrimination to homosexuality and transgenderism under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. “Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin,” explains the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  read more

  1. Winston, if the state says a dude in a skirt is a chick then the dude in a skirt gets to compete with other chicks.

To think I would live to see the day that I was a thought criminal.

  2. @Pelopidas, I think they are saying that if a dude is identifying as a woman on a given day, regardless of their clothing, then they are a woman for that time. And, vice versa, though not sure why a woman would want to identify as a man…

  3. Take this ruling and run with it. Become enough of a nuisance to make them regret handing it down. Me, I’m going to start peeing all over the ladies room. Free drinks on ladies night too.

  4. If I rob a bank as a woman then later decide I’m a man will I be arrested? I can’t be arrested as a woman because today I’m a man. I can’t be arrested as a man because a man didn’t rob the bank.
Is this when they call me racists?

  5. Thanks to the Sexual Revolutionaries on the Court, our laws will refuse to distinguish men who say they are women from real women.

But we’ll still be able to punish the patriarchy, for saying that women are not the same as men? Right?
