Breitbart: Two advocacy groups and two individuals with disabilities filed a lawsuit in federal court in San Francisco on Wednesday alleging that BART has discriminated against people with disabilities by failing to maintain the transportation agency’s urine and feces-covered elevators.
“I encounter human waste in BART elevators several times a week — so frequently that it has become a predictable part of my commute,” Ian Smith, one of the plaintiffs in the civil rights lawsuit, who uses a wheelchair to move around, told the San Francisco Chronicle. “My hope is that this lawsuit will finally get BART to address the needs of the disability community.”
Well, what do you expect? It’s San Francisco. These are the people YOU voted for running things!! and now you want anonymous taxpayers to give you some money. FU!
Hold the phone, I’ve lived in San Francisco and it is fecal matter from end to end, side to side, every bus, every sidewalk, every public bench, every alley, every tree, every where you go.

I’m on the side to the wheelchair brigades in this one. If you’re able bodied you can step around the crap but if you in a chair there’s no way you can avoid having to wheel through the piss and shit in the elevators. I know there’s a lot of disabled people that are dicks about access and the like, suing everything in sight for the slightest inconvenience but this time they have a point.
