If he’s not competent to stand trial, then neither is he competent to roam freely in society; he needs to be contained in a mental facility pending that time he is ‘competent,’ and THEN stand trial for his various and sundry crimes.o
So, would it be equally “in the interest of justice” to Just. Make. Him. Disappear?

We need a new law the states activists judges will be charged with what ever crime a known criminal commits after the act in the interest of justice and give them a get out of jail free card.
I read one time of a country that also had an insanity defense, but instead of innocent by reason of insanity, you were confined to a mental institution until you were deemed sane enough to stand trial, then you were tried for your crime.
And if a parent tuned this animal up wit a bat, that parent would get the Book thrown at him by the very same judge.

‘in the interest of justice’ is quite plastic and flexible with prog “judges.”
If having you on the street leads to increased innocent human suffering, misery and death then that is always the preferential option for prog judges… or any other followers of the progressive movement. I have posted that everything progressivism advocates for is motivated by that. Once I figured that out I began an exhaustive investigation using the scientific method on my thesis and to date it has stood the test. I have yet to identify one single thing they advocate for that will not, can not lead to anything other than increasing innocent human suffering, misery and death.
Back when we had men in this country, the family of his victims would have taken care of the problem.
