Obama must have been aware of Biden behavior and all it would have taken is a private, five minute chat to have it stop. Unless of course Obama had some of his own sexual issues that Biden could have counter threatened him with. At some point the process needs to be changed wherein secret service agents can be forced to testify in camera about things their protectees have done that anywhere else would be a felony. If Biden has done all this I’d bet cash money he’s done worse.
Same with hillary clinton. Same with michelle obama.
