Sen. Hawley’s Book Picked Up by New Publisher After Cancellation
Epoch Times: Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) will see his book published after all.
Washington-based Regnery Publishing confirmed to The Epoch Times on Jan. 18 that it will publish Hawley’s book, after Simon & Schuster canceled its publishing contract following Hawley’s objection to electoral votes from two states earlier this month during a joint session of Congress.
“As a publisher, it will always be our mission to amplify a variety of voices and viewpoints: At the same time we take seriously our larger public responsibility as citizens, and cannot support Senator Hawley after his role in what became a dangerous threat,” the New York-based Simon & Schuster said at the time. more
Publisher has a guaranteed profit on this one. I guess $&$ could afford to virtue-signal.
It won’t mean much, but will never by another book from Simon and Shyster.
Which is where it should have been in the first place
Unfortunately the owner of my company is the Senators largest contributor. He called for Josh to be censured. I’m so pissed off but I cant quit since I need my job.
This whole cancel culture thing is reminiscent of the launch of EVERY Leftist fascist totalitarian regime.
